The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br />addressed for COUNTRY CLUB MOBIL CIRCLE K as of June07, 2021. <br />Open violations from January 27, 2020 inspection <br />Violation #301 -Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br />OBSERVATIOf�t According to Mr. Romana, absorbent is left until mostly dry and is then placed back into a <br />container for reuse. No measures are taken to prevent the gasoline from being released to the air. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator must maintain and operate its facility to minimize the <br />possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non -sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous <br />waste constituents to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately stop allowing releases of gasoline to air and maintain used absorbent in a <br />manner that prevents all releases of hazardous substance.
