The out-of-date sections are: Section C, <br /> which states the Primary Emergency Coordinator is Abe Logsden, District Manager.According to Adriana Quezada, <br /> Assistant Manager,Abe Logsden has not been the District Manager, and in turn the Primary Emergency <br /> Coordinator, for about 2 weeks. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in <br /> areas directly involved in the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency <br /> telephone number of the emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the <br /> telephone number of the fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the required information or update the contingency plan already at the <br /> facility. Provide a statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department that the correction is <br /> complete. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 106 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to train employees on waste handling and emergency procedures. <br /> OBSERVATION: At the time of inspection, it could not be demonstrated(not necessarily documented)that <br /> employees who handle hazardous waste were properly trained.According to the employee hazardous waste training <br /> documentation observed at the time of inspection, Ray Olgin is overdue for hazardous waste training. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business owner must ensure that all employees are thoroughly familiar with proper <br /> waste handling and emergency procedures, relevant to their responsibilities during normal facility operations and <br /> emergencies. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately train employee Ray Olgin.
