All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: Spa skimmer is lacking weir gate. Provide weir gate in 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall be <br />maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (CBC 3136B) <br /> #30 Pool Equipment and Plumbing Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: Spa water heater is not functioning. Repair water heater in 2 weeks. <br />Spa pump is leaking from one of the connected pipes. Fix leakage in 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All equipment related to pool operations shall be installed and maintained in accordance with manufacturer's <br />specifications and shall comply with applicable requirements established by applicable NSF/ANSI-50 performance standards.
