OBSERVATION: A complete modified contingency plan was not posted at the facility. Mohammad Tahir Hussaini was listed as the Emergency Coordinator and is no longer with the facility. The location for spill control equipment was blank. REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in areas directly involved in the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency telephone number of the emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the telephone number of the fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the required information at the facility. Provide a statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department that the correction is complete. This is a Class II violation. 117 HSC 25185(c)(3) Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. OBSERVATION: This business did not provide a written response to the inspection report dated 2/28/2018 within 30 days. The report was delivered to the business on 2/28/2018. REGULATION GUIDANCE: The operator of the site or facility which receives an inspection report shall submit a written response to the department or the local officer or agency authorized to enforce this chapter pursuant to subdivision (a)of Section 25180 within 60 days of receipt of the inspection report, or within a shorter time as the department or the local officer or agency may reasonably require,which shall include a statement documenting corrective actions taken by the operator or proposing corrective actions which will be taken by the operator,for purposes of compliance with this chapter, or disputing the existence of the violation. The local agency,the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, requires response within 30 days. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. This is a Class II violation.
