Provide a statement to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department that the correction is complete. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br /> 110 CCR 66262.40(a) Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past three <br /> years during the inspection. <br /> The following manifest was not observed on site: <br /> •014794448FLE (generator date signed 5/20/2020, designated facility date signed 5/29/2020) <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br /> with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br /> which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years 5/26/2018-5/26/2021 for all <br /> hazardous waste including used fuel filters,fuel contaminated solids, and fuel contaminated liquids. Provide these <br /> records and a corrective action statement to the EHD within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on the 6/1/2021. The report was amended to add <br /> additional information to violation#104 and #110. This amended report replaces the initial report. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the amended inspection report. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign.
