Here are the copies of the signed manifests that were missing. I have but the <br /> manifests that are waiting for the signed copies in my KPA box right in front as a <br /> reminder to get the signed copies. The parts washer is a bioremediating parts washing <br /> system that requires only replacing the Ozzy Mat. The Ozzy Mat cleans the Ozzy Juice <br /> and we dispose the old Ozzy Mats in the 55gallon oily solid waste drum. See attached <br /> documents. <br /> 115. I have attached copies of the missing manifests. World oil was able to get me the <br /> copies. See attached. <br /> 301. Cleaned up the metal fines and put them in a larger metal drum with a lid. We will <br /> clean up and transfer the fines from the plastic bucket to the metal drum at the end of <br /> each use. AIso cleaned up the two small oil spills and have instructed the techs to clean <br /> up spills right away. See attached picture. <br /> 403. I have replaced the lids with no bunghole. Replaced the missing rings on drums. I <br /> also put the lids and rings on the drums as instructed and to removed them only when <br /> adding to them. The 5gallon buckets in the main shop are emptied daily into the 55gallon <br /> drums in the hazardous waste storage room. See attached pictures <br /> 605. I have added the accumulation start dates on the Iabels that were missing them. KPA <br /> provided me with new labels with the correct information on them. I have attached them <br /> to the buckets and oil pump container. See attached pictures. <br /> 714. World oil supplied me with two 55gallon drums for the emptied aerosol cans.
