Cabral Chrysler Jeep Dodge
1145 West Yosemite Avenue
Manteca, CA 95337
209-823-1148
Hazardous Waste Program Inspection Report Response:
Prepared on 03/11/2020
114. Here are the copies of the signed manifests that were missing. I have but the
manifests that are waiting for the signed copies in my KPA box right in front as a
reminder to get the signed copies. The parts washer is a bioremediating parts washing
system that requires only replacing the Ozzy Mat. The Ozzy Mat cleans the Ozzy Juice
and we dispose the old Ozzy Mats in the 55gallon oily solid waste drum. See attached
documents.
115. I have attached copies of the missing manifests. World oil was able to get me the
copies. See attached.
301. Cleaned up the metal fines and put them in a larger metal drum with a lid. We will
clean up and transfer the fines from the plastic bucket to the metal drum at the end of
each use. AIso cleaned up the two small oil spills and have instructed the techs to clean
up spills right away. See attached picture.
403. I have replaced the lids with no bunghole. Replaced the missing rings on drums. I
also put the lids and rings on the drums as instructed and to removed them only when
adding to them. The 5gallon buckets in the main shop are emptied daily into the 55gallon
drums in the hazardous waste storage room. See attached pictures
605. I have added the accumulation start dates on the Iabels that were missing them. KPA
provided me with new labels with the correct information on them. I have attached them
to the buckets and oil pump container. See attached pictures.
714. World oil supplied me with two 55gallon drums for the emptied aerosol cans. I put
the aerosol cans in the drums and put them a universal waste label on the drums. See
attached picture.
Burt Gardner
Parts Manager,
