Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #14 Food Contact Surfaces Sanitized or Warewashing Sanitization <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Buckets for towels lack sanitizer. He stated that no one on site has been ill. <br /> Food process: Shrimp comes in frozen (pre-peeled) and it is thawed under cold running water. It is transfered into cooks line. <br /> Pasta is cooked daily and kept refrigerated until it is ready to use.Alfredo sauce comes pre-made and frozen.
