FOOD WAS PICKED UP AROUND 1:30 PM AND CONSUMED AROUND 2:OOPM. EVERYONE ATE CHICKEN <br /> ALFREDO, LASAGNA, PASTA TRIO. COMPLAINANT ALSO ATE CALAMARI WITH AIOLI SAUCE. COMPLAINANT IS <br /> THE ONLY ONE THAT BECAME ILL AROUND 5:OOPM THAT SAME DAY. HAD DIARRHEA,VOMITING BLOOD AND <br /> BAD STOMACH PAIN. WENT TO ER THE NEXT DAY AND IS STILL NOT WELL AT TIME OF COMPLAINT. <br /> CONTACTED FACILITY TO LET THEM KNOW. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. None of the employees have been ill. <br /> Observations: No evidence of vermin. Sanitation ok,food temps are all ok, hand wash stations have required supplies, <br /> hot/cold water available, general sanitation ok, employee health ok <br /> Food process: Chicken alfredo comes with chicken that is grilled on site, pre-made alfredo sauce, &noodles cooked on site. <br /> Lasagna is assembled ahead of time and baked daily. It is assembled with pre-cooked noodles,special sauce, meat ball mix <br /> is cooked on site, &pre-packaged mozarella cheese. Pasta trio comes with per-cooked lasagna noodles, pre-made alfredo <br /> sauce, and fresh (cooked on site)chicken parmesan. Calamari comes in frozen and is thawed in cooler.
