All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations(Title 22)section 65545. <br /> #3 Safety Signs <br /> OBSERVATIONS:"Keep Closed" sign is broken. <br /> VIOLATION DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall keep safety signs well maintained.(CCR 65535) Safety signs shall have cleady legible <br /> letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall,pole, gate,or similar <br /> permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specified.(CBC 3120B) <br /> #15 Operation Records <br /> OBSERVATIONS: Records are not available. <br /> VIOLATION DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall test the disinfectant residual,pH, and spa water temperature a minimum of once per day. <br /> Cyanuric acid concentration shall be tested once per month if cyanuric acid is used. Combined chlorine shall be tested as often as <br /> necessary to maintain the concentration below 0.4 ppm. Pool operator shall maintain written records of all maintenance and test results <br /> for at least two years and shall submit those records to the enforcement agency upon request. (CCR 65523) <br /> #17 Cleanliness of Pool <br /> OBSERVATIONS: Observed debris at the bottom of pool. <br /> VIOLATION DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall maintain clean pool water while the pool is in use and shall not allow debris to <br /> accumulate in the pool. Pool operator shall clean the bottom, sides, and other surfaces of the pool as often as necessary to keep pool <br /> surfaces clean and free of slime and algae. (CCR 65533) <br /> #18 Pool Shell and Tile <br /> OBSERVATIONS: Pool shell is chipping throughout. <br /> VIOLATION DESCRIPTION:Pool shells shall be white and have a smooth waterproof interiorrinish that will withstand repeated brushing, <br /> and scrubbing.A spa pool may be finished in a light color other than white when approved by the enforcement agency.(CBC 31088) <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br /> OBSERVATIONS: Skimmer has debris. <br /> VIOLATION DESCRIPTION:Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water.
