All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations(Title 22)section 65545. #3 Safety Signs OBSERVATIONS:"Keep Closed" sign is broken. VIOLATION DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall keep safety signs well maintained.(CCR 65535) Safety signs shall have cleady legible letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall,pole, gate,or similar permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specified.(CBC 3120B) #15 Operation Records OBSERVATIONS: Records are not available. VIOLATION DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall test the disinfectant residual,pH, and spa water temperature a minimum of once per day. Cyanuric acid concentration shall be tested once per month if cyanuric acid is used. Combined chlorine shall be tested as often as necessary to maintain the concentration below 0.4 ppm. Pool operator shall maintain written records of all maintenance and test results for at least two years and shall submit those records to the enforcement agency upon request. (CCR 65523) #17 Cleanliness of Pool OBSERVATIONS: Observed debris at the bottom of pool. VIOLATION DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall maintain clean pool water while the pool is in use and shall not allow debris to accumulate in the pool. Pool operator shall clean the bottom, sides, and other surfaces of the pool as often as necessary to keep pool surfaces clean and free of slime and algae. (CCR 65533) #18 Pool Shell and Tile OBSERVATIONS: Pool shell is chipping throughout. VIOLATION DESCRIPTION:Pool shells shall be white and have a smooth waterproof interiorrinish that will withstand repeated brushing, and scrubbing.A spa pool may be finished in a light color other than white when approved by the enforcement agency.(CBC 31088) #22 Skimmer Assembly OBSERVATIONS: Skimmer has debris. VIOLATION DESCRIPTION:Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water.
