Item 102: Corrective Action Stement receiverd during the inspection by Jason Steel, manager.
CI
5/03/21
San Joaquin Ag Center spill
Address of incident:
2101 E.Earhart Ave#100
Stockton,Ca.95206
At approximately 4:15pm,a small spill of Bio-Diesel was spilled at the site.(Less then 2 gallons)
Javier Valles(driver)stopped any spreading of the spill by using spill pads to create a abracadabra
around the spill.
Mr.Valles then called Jason Steel(supervisor)to inform him of the situation.
At approximately 4:30pm,Mr.Steel showed up on site with floor sweep to assist in the clean up process.
Used floor sweep and rags were placed in separate buckets labeled for each item and sealed.
Both the floor sweep and the rags had very minimal Bio-Diesel content leading them to be acceptable
for transporting back to Stockton Petroleum where an appointment could be made with the San Joaquin
County Waste disposal center to get rid of.
An appointment was made with the County Waste site for 5/12/21 to dispose of the contaminated
sweep and rags.
A record of the waste collection receipt will be kept on file.
Jason Steel
Manager
