The three 55 gallon drums of propylene glycol have not been reported. <br /> 2. At least 55 gallons of flammable primer has not been reported. <br /> 3. At least 55 gallons of PVC cement has not been reported. <br /> 4. Propane-the maximum daily amount is wrongly reported as 20 gallons vs. at least 332 gallons observed;the <br /> days on site, size of the largest container, average daily amount, storage pressure, and storage temperature <br /> elements has not been completed. <br /> 5. Acetone—the days on site, size of the largest container, average daily amount, storage pressure, and <br /> storage temperature elements has not been completed. <br /> 6. Tetrahydrofuran—the days on site, size of the largest container, average daily amount, storage pressure, <br /> and storage temperature elements has not been completed. <br /> 7. Methyl Ethyl Ketone-the days on site, size of the largest container, average daily amount, storage pressure, <br /> and storage temperature elements has not been completed. <br /> 8. Cyclohexanone-the days on site, size of the largest container, average daily amount, storage pressure, and <br /> storage temperature elements has not been completed. <br /> • Violation #6,the site map does not show or address the following: <br /> 1. Internal roads. <br /> 2. Loading areas. <br /> 3. Adjacent streets. <br /> 4. Storm and sewer drains. <br /> S. Access and exit points from the street. <br /> 6. Evacuation assembly area. <br /> 7. Emergency response equipment (fire extinguishers and spill control). <br />
