Such alleys shall be <br /> restricted to no parking, no storage or placement of garbage refuse cans or containers and shall be <br /> restricted to one way thru traffic only. All hydrants located within an alley shall be protected from <br /> physical damage in compliance with section 312 of the 2010 California Fire Code with a clear working <br /> space about the hydrant of not less than 36". Alleys shall be provided with appropriate entrance and <br /> exit approaches capable of being utilized by existing fire apparatus and equipment. <br /> 5.
