CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-2100127 <br /> SHEA MOUNTAIN HOUSE LLC/WOOD RODGERS, INC <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-2100217 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on August 26, 2021, which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire on <br /> February 25, 2023,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. APPROVAL:This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment among four parcels as shown on the site plan <br /> dated June 18, 2021. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a <br /> Licensed Land Surveyor.
