_2_ <br /> PA-2'100'129 (SA) <br /> 3) The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each <br /> year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering Naws Record. <br /> (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 4) The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. Tha fee will be basad on the current schedule at <br /> the time of payment. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 5) The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate Road to result in a forty-two (42)foot <br /> wide right-of-way from the centerline of Jack Tone Road to the property line across the parcel's <br /> frontage. (A fee based on the current fee schedule is required for procassin9 Par Development <br /> Title Table 9-240.2 to addition to a copy of the Grant Dead and a legal description of the parcel to <br /> be offered far dedication.) (Development Title Section 9-1'150.5) <br /> 6) A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> �) The developer shall provide drainage facilities in accordance with the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Standards. Retention basins shall be fenced with six(6)foot high chain link fence or <br /> equal when the maximum design depth is 78 inches or mora. Required retention basin capacity <br /> shall be calculated and submitted along with a drainage plan for review and approval, prior to <br /> release of building permit. (Development Titles Section 9-'1'135) <br /> 8) Prior to release of the building permit all naw construction and the substantial improvement of any <br /> structure or tanks in the area of special flood hazard shall ba elevated or floodproofad in <br /> accordance to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 9-'1605.'12 (a), (b) and (c). Plans and <br /> calculations shall be submitted and approved by the Public Works Department—Water Resources <br /> Division (209-468-9360). <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) Wastewater shall not ba allowed into the storm drainage system <br /> CH:DS <br />
