Tha proposed use is consistent witM1 the goals, policies, sTandartls, and maps of the General Plan, any <br /> applicable Master Plan, Specific Plan, and Special Purposes Plan, antl any other applicable plan adoptetl <br /> by the County. <br /> • Thls finding can b¢mad¢because the Farm Services us¢type is consistent with the parcel's <br /> G¢n¢ral Plan designation of A/G (General Agriculture), and may b¢ conditionally permitted <br /> with a Sit¢ Approval application under [h¢ parcel's AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre <br /> minimum)zoning,which Implements the A/G Gan¢ral Plan designation.The proposed farm <br /> services taclllty is consistent with the goals, policies, standards, and maps of the General <br /> Plan,and there are no Master Plans, Spacltic Plans, or Speelal Purpose Plans applicable to <br /> this sites. <br /> 2. Adequate utilities, roadway improvements, sanitation, water supply, tlrainaga, and other necessary <br /> facilities have been provitled, and the proposed Improvements are properly relatetl to existing and <br /> proposed roadways. <br /> • Thls finding can b¢ made because the necessary facilities and improvements are existing <br /> or proposed. Th¢ project applicant proposes to use the existing well, septic, and storm <br /> drainage pond for the expansion. Adequate ingress and ¢grass from Jack Ton¢ Road is <br /> proposed. <br /> 3. The site is physically suitable for the type of tlevelopment and for[ha intensity of development. <br /> • This finding can ba made because the 10-acre parcel is of adequate size and shape io <br /> accommodate ih¢ farm services facility expansion_ Th¢ sit¢ plan shows that there is <br /> sutticlan[arca Tor proj¢cf Improvements, In compliance with Standards of the Development <br /> Title. <br /> 4. Issuance of the permit will not ba significantly detrimental to [he public health, safety, or welfare or be <br /> injurious to the property or improvements of adjacent properties. <br /> • The San Joaquin County Community Development Department found no pot¢n[ially <br /> significant anvironm¢ntal Impacts and filed a Nottce of Exemption pursuant To fha California <br /> Environm¢nfal Quality Act(CEQA) Section 15o6t (b)(3). <br /> 5. The use is compatible with atljoining lantl uses. <br /> • This finding can be mad¢because iha proposed use will not interfere with nor alter the current <br /> land uses on adjacent properties.
