Example: If Department says Yes=Apply Battery label; If Department says No=Apply E-Cycle label. <br /> • The new clear container may come with a used battery label inside of it. This label is not an approved label for Kaiser, <br /> discard that label into the Shred-it bin and apply the labels pictured in this guide sheet. <br /> • When handling this waste container: ensure lid is closed by clicking it into place, place one hand underneath for support <br /> while other hand grabs the handle. *Handle may not be strong enough to carry container load on its own. <br /> • EVS Staff to ensure all labels have been completed by the departments before collecting. <br /> o Label requirements: Departments are to complete the following-Check off 1 of the 3 options listed and insert <br /> accumulation start date <br /> Revised 6.28.21 by Safety <br />
