Printed the log and attached it to the complaint. <br />Created an Official Inspection Report stating that violations were observed but <br />were corrected on site during the inspection. <br />Abated the complaint and turned it in for review. <br />Activity Date Recorded by <br />12/03/2020 Prepped complaint for TEAM. LINDSAY <br />Printed parcel viewer and recent permits. <br />01/27/2021 Reviewed the complaint and looked for an recent permits. No new permits have SUSZYCKI <br />been issued. <br />03/24/2021 Reviewed the complaint and looked up the property on Permits Plus. I did not see SUSZYCKI <br />any recent permits taken out. <br />04/01/2021 Visited the property with the Community Service Team. When we arrived there SUSZYCKI <br />were three trailers on site. All three trailers were discharging graywater to the <br />ground. The owner's of the RV's all disconnected the graywater lines, capped <br />them, and stated that they were going discontinue the improper discharge.
