Permit <br />is issued at this time. <br />01/21/2021 Complaint Investigation. <br />Drove to property and observed construction being conducted on property. <br />Discussed alleged complaint with a man and he said I could go investigate the RV <br />since it does not belong to the construction crew. <br />Walked over and observed a man sleeping in a car near the RV. Another man was <br />inside the RV. Knocked on the RV and a man came out. I told him of the alleged <br />complaint and he said he owns the RV and the owner is aware he is staying here <br />temporary. I observed his sewage pipe leaking onto the ground. Informed him he <br />needs to have his sewage pipe cleared out at an RV park. I let him know it cannot <br />be leaking onto the ground like that. I wrote a recreational vehicle notice to abate <br />for hazardous sewage disposal and informed him I would be back in 10 days to <br />make sure it is not leaking anymore. He said he would be gone by then. Took <br />photos. <br />LINDSAY <br />LINDSAY <br />01/21/2021 Created photo log for posting today of recreational vehicle with hazardous sewage LINDSAY <br />disposal.
