If yo ave an <br />Ciera Lindsay, <br />Environmental Health Specialist <br />Housing Unit <br />er, SAN joAouiN <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Li COUNTY <br />Greatness grows here. <br />NOTIFICATION OF COMPLAINT OF ALLEGED HOUSING VIOLATIONS <br />February 18, 2021 <br />KING ISLAND ENTERPRISES INC <br />11530 W Eight Mile Rd, <br />Stockton CA 95219 <br />Location: 11550W Eight Mile Rd, Stockton CA 95219 Complaint # C00053280 <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received a complaint alleging <br />the following housing violation at the above noted property. <br />NATURE OF COMPLAINT: Large ships docked, boat repair, and scrapping, sewage being <br />dumped into the water, renting boats for parties. <br />If these complaint allegations are valid and the violations are present, please take the following <br />corrective actions. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of this letter, take all <br />corrective actions necessary to abate the substandard conditions. <br />Please contact the staff person indicated below to inform them of the status of the complaint <br />allegations (valid or not valid) and any corrective actions taken, or to be taken, if applicable. <br />Please be advised that failure to correct substandard housing violations may result in further <br />enforcement action by the EHD. All enforcement action costs are recovered as specified below. <br />AUTHORITY: California Health and Safety Code, Section 17910 et. seq.; Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings; <br />San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Title 8, Division 5. <br />RECOVERY OF ENFORCEMENT COSTS: Pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 8-5400(a), "The County shall be <br />reimbursed for all time, services and materials needed to abate a violation of this division." The current approved EHD hourly rate used <br />to compute the cost of time spent to investigate, document and abate a violation is $152.00 per hour. <br />PERMITS: Where structural, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical violations exist, appropriate permits must be obtained from the San <br />Joaquin County Building Division (SJCBD) prior to rehabilitation. If the structure(s) are to be demolished, a demolition permit must be <br />obtained from the SJCBD. Permits for Mobile Homes must be obtained from the California Department of Housing and Community <br />Development prior to rehabilitation. <br />1868 E.
