There have SUSZYCKI <br />been no recent permits taken out. <br />Printed out a satellite image of the property from Parcel Viewer. <br />06/02/2021 Visited the property and met with the tenant. The tenant gave me access to <br />inspect his unit. The home was dived into a front and back unit. The front unit <br />sectioned off front the rest of the home and appeared to have been converted <br />from a porch. There are no permits on Permits Plus for this conversion. The ADU <br />does not have a heat source and is infested with rodents and cockroaches. The <br />flooring slants heavily possibly due to a foundation issue. <br />I posted the dwelling with a Notice and Order to Abate and a Notice to Vacate for <br />the ADU which goes into effect on 6/15/21.
