He said that he was also happy
that we will be helping to move the family on at the property.
06/03/2021 Rosa's daughter called asking about when would they have to move out since the SALINAS
owner gave them until the 15th of this month. I told her that it was until tomorrow
at 6 pm and that depending on how it is going, we could let them be there for a
couple of days more to move out the trash, junk and their belongings.
06/03/2021 abated complaint to i, posted 404.2 no utilities, unsanitary conditions SALINAS
(hoarder), dilapidating house.
06/08/2021 Got a call from owner asking about the property. I told her that I red tagged SALINAS
due to no utilities, unsanitary conditions, weeds, and for it being in a dilapidation
state. I also let her know that the visit is chargeable since I red tagged, and that
the tenants can't move back in until she corrects all the violations and that if they
move back in, she can call the sheriffs office. She said that she has been trying to
evict them and that they should have moved out as of today, she also stated that
she did not cut water and power and that it was the tenant's responsibility. I told
her that they told me that it was her who cut the utilities but that was not my
concern and that we don't regulate that. She requested a permission slip to be
able to clean up the place. created a permission slip expiring next monday since
she said the weekend would work best since she works from 8 am to 5 giving her
only one hour to clean up. I also mentioned a compliance schedule to correct all
violations.
5105.rpt
