Facility decided to use the dish washer to wash and rinse and sanitize manually <br />in the sanitizing compartment of the 3 comp sink using chlorine 100ppm or more. <br />Chlorine test strips are available. <br />Ware wash sink is used as hand sink as well. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
