No recent <br />permits were taken out. <br />Printed out a satellite image of the property from Parcel Viewer. <br />06/08/2021 Visited the property for a complaint of an occupied trailer with hazardous <br />connections. The trailer is a tenant that was living in a home on the property but no <br />longer lives there as water and electricity services has been cut. The tenant has a <br />compost toilet that has the waste removed through a service and has a generator <br />that is manufactured to supply the trailer in a safe manner. The only violation <br />observed was the improper disposal of graywater. The owner, Cheri, was present <br />during the half of my inspection. <br />I posted the trailer with a Recreational Vehicle Notice to Abate and gave the tenant <br />10 days to correct the violation. <br />06/09/2021 Used the pictures taken during my complaint investigation to create a <br />photographic log. Printed the log and attached it to the complaint. <br />Turned in the complaint for review. <br />SUSZYCKI <br />SUSZYCKI <br />06/10/2021 The tenant living in the trailer asked if she had a tank to properly dispose of the SUSZYCKI <br />graywater and had a service take it away, if that would correct the violation. I told <br />her that if there is a good connection and the graywater is being properly disposed <br />of, it would correct the violation. <br />06/14/2021 MAILED RECREATIONAL VEHICLE NOTICE TO ABATE WITH PHOTO LOG <br />DATED 06/08/2021 TO PROPERTY OWNER. <br />NANCY S HAASE TR <br />10863 NEUGEBAUER RD <br />STOCKTON CA 95206 <br />06/16/2021 The tenant called to let me know that she had a graywater water tank delivered <br />and a service to empty it.
