Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: <br /> 2:00 pm <br /> 1:00 pm <br />Time Out: <br />Program Element: 3611 - PUBLIC POOL/SPA - PRIMARY <br />Telephone: Owner/Operator: FOLEY, DANNY P <br />Inspection Type: ROUTINE INSPECTION - Operating Permit <br />Address: 10780 N HWY 99 , STOCKTON 95212 <br />Date: 06/29/2021Name of Facility: TAHAMA VILLAGE MOBILE HOME PARK <br />Swimming Pool Official Inspection Report <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code section(s) 116043, 116040, & <br />116050. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br /> #10 Disinfectant Residual MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: The chlorine level is too low at 0 ppm. Increase and maintain chlorine level between 2.0-10.0 ppm. Do <br />not allow anyone to use the pool until a recheck is conducted by the Environmental Health Department. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Public pools, when open or in use, shall be disinfected continuously by approved chemicals and shall maintain <br />the following concentrations: 1.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine without cyanuric acid, 2.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine with cyanuric acid <br />or 2.0 ppm bromine. Spas, wading pools, and spray grounds shall maintain the following concentrations: 3.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free <br />chlorine or 4.0 ppm bromine. (CCR 65529) <br /> #12 pH Level MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: The pH level is too high at >8.0. Adjust and maintain the pH level at 7.2-7.8. Do not allow use of the pool <br />until the level are corrected and confirmed by the health department. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain pH between 7.2 and 7.8. (CCR 65530) <br /> #18 Pool Shell and Tile <br />OBSERVATIONS: The bottom of the pool has a lot of black spots that do not come off with a brush. Scrape these spots off <br />and maintain clean. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shells shall be white and have a smooth waterproof interior finish that will withstand repeated brushing, <br />and scrubbing. A spa pool may be finished in a light color other than white when approved by the enforcement agency. (CBC 3108B) <br /> #27 Pool Equipment Room <br />OBSERVATIONS: The effluent gauge is not working. Replace this gauge by 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall keep ancillary facilities well maintained. (CCR 65535) All filters, valves, pumps, strainers <br />and equipment shall be readily accessible for repair and replacement. (CBC 3123B) <br /> #35 Flow Meters <br />OBSERVATIONS: The flow meter is stuck. Repair the flow meter to read properly by 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Flow meters shall be provided on each recirculation system and shall be installed in accordance with <br />manufacturer's specifications.
