ACEVEDO <br />Upon arrival, I observed how the drinks were being served to the dining guests <br />and observed no employee place a finger inside of a customers cup or drink from <br />the cup before giving it to a guest. I then spoke with the operator of the facility and <br />explained the reason for my visit. I asked if the operator was aware of a complaint <br />of this nature being made, in which he stated he was not. He continued to state <br />that the only drinks provided in cups are water and smoothie drinks which are <br />topped with a plastic layer before given to the customer. All other soft drinks are <br />canned and given to the customer to be opened. Reminded operator to ensure <br />proper handling of the food related items must occur at all times. <br />Official inspection report emailed to lamtuctriuh@yahoo.com. <br />Official inspection report discussed with Huy Mac, signature not obtained at this <br />time. <br />06/09/2021 Contacted the complainant with the number provided on the complaint. I explained ACEVEDO <br />that while conducting my inspector, I observed no mishandling of the any drinks on <br />site and that I also conducted a routine inspection for the facility. The complainant <br />was delighted I visited the facility and also delighted to know I conducted a routine <br />inspection. <br />5105. rpt Page 1 of 1
