COMPLAINANT CONSUMED TACOS AND <br />FRIES AND PUT THE BOWL AWAY FOR LATER CONSUMPTION. WHEN COMPLAINANT WENT TO EAT THE BOWL, (CHICKEN, RICE, REFRIED <br />BEANS, TOMATOES AND SLICED AVOCADOS), THEY NOTICED THE BOWL WAS SPOILED AND THE TOMATOES HAD WHITE STUFF ON <br />THEM.
