Time In: 12:56 pm <br /> Time Out: 1:11 om <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: SUGAR MEDITERRANEAN BISTRO Date: 09/30/2021 <br /> Address: 10628 TRINITY PKWY, STOCKTON 95219 <br /> Owner/Operator: JRA RESTAURANT INC Telephone: (209)478-4456 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00054323 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THEY WENT TO FACILITY AND LEFT IMMEDIATELY AFTER DISCOVERING THE <br /> BATHROOMS WERE FILTHY AND SMELLED OF RAW SEWAGE. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I spoke to owner who was aware of the compliant. <br /> Per owner a customer came to the facility approximately 2-3 days ago and customer went straight to the restroom and came <br /> right out. <br /> Then the owner tries to seat customer and customer said "no you have dirty restrooms" <br /> I observed the Women's restroom and noticed a slight odor. <br /> I turned flushed the toilets and ran the hand wash sink faucets. <br /> Sewage did not back up. <br /> I also observed the Men's restroom.
