Alex stated that 1 gallon <br />transformer had released mineral oil onto the backyard of 602 E. Robinhood in <br />Stockton. The incident had occurred at approximately 10:50 pm on 06/15/2018. <br />PSC environmental had been contracted to perform the cleanup and would be <br />onsite later today. The transformer was a blue tag. <br />Issued notice to abate through email. <br />Arrived at site at approximately 11:45 am. PSC Environmental was onsite and <br />clean up had been completed. Observed to excavation sites, near the telephone <br />pole where the transformer leaked. Per PSC Environmental the wooden fence and <br />larger river rocks had been wiped down with Simple Green. Dea leaves around the <br />area were also collected in placed in the waste drum. The waste was stored in a <br />50 gallon black steel container. The container was to be taken to 2050 E. Fremont <br />St., A PSC Environmental facility. The waste was to be classified as <br />non-hazardous. When asked about the PCB test results PSC Environmental had <br />Alex Steele with PG&E give me a call. Alex stated that the results would be ready <br />within 2 weeks at the latest.
