There were no <br />recent permits taken out. <br />SUSZYCKI <br />Looked up septic permits. I did not see any taken out for the address. <br />Printed a satellite image of the property and neighboring property using Parcel <br />Viewer. <br />03/10/2021 Visited the property with Steve from Code Enforcement. When we arrived we <br />spoke with the owner agglia admitted to making an <br />unpermitted addition to the baTri and connecting it to the septic system. I posted <br />the property with a Sewage Disposal Notice to Abate and gave the owner 30 days <br />to get a permit. <br />SUSZYCKI <br />03/25/2021 Used the pictures taken during my complaint investigation to create a detailed <br />photographic log. Printed it and attached it to the notice and complaint. <br />SUSZYCKI <br />Turned the complaint in for review. <br />03/29/2021 MAILED REGULAR SEWAGE DISPOSAL NOTICE TO ABATE WITH PHOTO BALLWAHN <br />LOG DATED 3/10/2021 TO PROPERTY OWNER. <br />MANUEL CUNHA <br />30000-305 KASSON RD <br />TRACY CA 95304 <br />04/09/2021 Received a call frorr estated that he would be getting the septic <br />repair permit from us soon. <br />SUSZYCKI <br />06/10/2021 Reviewed the complaint and looked up septic permits to see if anything was taken <br />out.
