Complaint Investigation Summary Report #: 5105
COMPLAINT ID: C00053518 Site Location: 2433 E DURET LN
Received by: EE0009852 SALINAS
Received Date: 3/1/2021 Complaint Received Via: CODE ENFORCEMENT
Assigned To: EE0007380 SHIH
Assigned Date: 3/1/2021
Program/Element Code 4200 - LIQUID WASTE PROGRAM
Nature of complaint:
TRAILER IN THE BACK OF THE PROPERTY, LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE GETTING IT PREPARED FOR LIVING PURPOSES, THEY HAVE SOLAR
PANELS AND POWER, AND THEY ARE DIGGING A TRENCH FOR SEPTIC SYSTEM CS-2100274
PROPERTY INFORMATION
Property Name:
Site Location 2433 E DURET LN
: 95240

District 004 - WINN, CHARLES

Location Code 99- UNINCORPORATED AREA

APN 05923007 Cross Street

Complaint Status:
Date Abated
Abated By:
Activity Summary
Activity Date Recorded by
03/08/2021 Duret 2433. Assigned to DA

WONG
03/11/2021 visited the property and asked the neighboring residents about the owner's contact SALINAS
information. One of them gave me the address and told me that they lived on the
same street. I knocked on the door but no one answered. Left my card and posted
a notice and order to abate for the sewage since I noticed the recreational vehicle
connected to possibly a septic tank underground.
I called the owner left message. Then they called me back and I explained my
visit. They asked me to come back so they can open the gate for me to verify that
no trenches were created lately. I went back and I explained that I will check with
my supervisor and see if there is any septic tank on the property and will give them
a call whether they need to destroy the abandoned septic tank connected to the
recreational vehicle or just cap the tight line where the recreational vehicle is
connected to. Owner's number is
04/28/2021 Reviewed permits from Laser fiche:
SR
SR
SR
SR
SR
SALINAS

05/14/2021 uploaded the pictures from the inspection. After reviewing the permits, I noticed a SALINAS
septic tank on the north west side of the property with a suspicious black pipe that
can be seen on the pictures I took. That connection could be leading to the septic
tank since it is near the location of the tank. The owner needs to disconnect the
modular trailer from the septic tank and cap the outlet.
Called owner to ' left a message to request the disconnection of the
trailer to the septic tank ana giving them 14 days to correct violations.
Turned in to Scott to review the printed photo log and the copy to mail the owner
along with the sewage disposal notice to abate.
Note: At the time of the posting, I wasn't sure if it was a trailer or mobile home. I
did not post a regular notice to abate or Recreational Vehicle notice to abate.
5105. rpt
