Complaint Investigation Summary Report #; 5105 COMPLAINT lp: C00053742 Site Location: 1114 E ARLINGTON RD Activity Summary Activity Date Recorded by 05/04/2021 Met with Arho let me in and saw the neighboring SALINAS back yard with gray water. From the neighbor's side smelled a little bit like sewage. I told the complainants that I was going to post a notice of sewage discharge at the neighbor's door. I called the owner of 3nd left message stating I was going to post a sewage discharge notice to abate at her door. As I am walking up to the door to post the notice to abate, the owner greets me and escorts me to the gray water discharge (near the tight line) I asked her about the origins of the water, she sated that it was from the washer. I told her it was not allowed to dump the gray water on the back yard. I called Scott to confirm with her the violation and put him on speaker. Scott requested for the gray water source from the washer to be connected to the septic tank. I called Mr. Shih to confirm that the owner needed a permit to do such connections. He said they can connect it to the clean up but request a permit for the connections. Created a Sewage disposal notice to abate and posted at the door. took pictures of the gray water, the posting and the overall picture of the single family dwelling. 05/05/2021 Created a photo log with the pictures taken from the complaint investigation SALINAS yesterday. Printed two copies and turned them in for revision to Scott. 05/05/2021 Received a call from owner and asked for the list of licensed SALINAS contractors for the septic unit. Mike helped me find it. Scanned it and emailed her at 05/06/2021 Owner's daughter in office. She was getting permit/service request for septic SANGALANG consultation. 05/13/2021 MAILED REGULAR SEWAGE DISPOSAL NOTICE TO ABATE WITH PHOTO BALLWAHN LOG DATED 05/04/2021 TO PROPERTY OWNER. CHATHAM, FLOYD & MEREDITH 1114 E ARLINGTON RD STOCKTON CA 95205 05/18/2021 got a call from the owner and stated that it is being fixed and will call me SALINAS as soon as it is done Maybe this wednesday. 05/25/2021 Printed email from the owner which provided me a copy of the receipt including SALINAS description of work dated 5/19/2021. Called back (2 missed calls from owner and voir.p mAii dated that she was ready for final inspection) called the owner at _ schedule an appointment. No answer. Got a call from Owner and scheduled appointment for today at 1400 hours. 05/25/2021 visited the property and took a picture of the backyard with the surfacing gray SALINAS water violation corrected. 5105 rpt Page 2 of 3
