I told them because the casing has been open they it can not be <br />used as drinking water but only for agricultural purposes if they plan on using it <br />instead of destroying it. I reminded him that since that are still the current owner <br />then it is their responsibility to take care of this. Victor said that he can't do <br />anything about the well until I speak with the next door owner because the well is <br />in the middle of their two properties. He did not have the contact information but <br />he said that the current owner owns Reliance on Charter Way. <br />10/10/2019 Spoke to Michael and he said that the owner of the well goes off of the legal lot AFONSKAIA <br />line and to issue a new notice to abate by certified and regular mail. <br />Issued new notice to abate attached pictures of well location.
