Duncan Rd CHAO <br />Complaint - Horse manure across the property line in the back. Lots of flies and <br />large amount of animals exceeds county limits. <br />Spoke to the property owner Beth Mitchell and she mentioned the horse manure is <br />picked up daily from the stalls. The horse manure is mixed with shavings and <br />spread on her land to be used as fertilizer. <br />Did not observe fly population in the corals. Horse coral appeared well kept and <br />manure picked up often. <br />05/17/2021 6424 N. Duncan Rd <br />Worked on parcel viewer, google maps, contacted both Waste Management <br />(unusual wait time) and Republic Services to inquire about garbage service. <br />Property does not have garbage service and it is not in a mandatory service area. <br />Property owner mentioned she takes her trash to the dump.
