All violations must be corrected vdthin specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Tittle 22) section 65545. <br />OBSERVATIONS: "Keep gate close" sign is missing. Provide by today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Gates and doors leading into the pool area shall be equipped with self-closing seH-latching devices. <br />SeH-latching devices shall be designed to keep the gate or door securely closed. Gates and doors shall open outward from the pool area <br />except where otherwise prohibited bylaw. (CBC 31198) Pool operator shall keep gates and doors leading into the pool area well <br />maintained. (CCR 65535) <br />#10 Disinfectant Residual _. <br />OBSERVATIONS: Free chlorine is low. Maintain between 2-10 ppm. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Public pools, when open or in use, shall be disinfected continuously by approved chemicals and shall maintain <br />the following concentrations: 1.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine without cyanuric acid, 2.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine with cyanudc acid <br />or 2.0 ppm bromine. Spas, wading pools, and spray grounds shall maintain the following concentrations: 3.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free <br />chlorine or 4.0 ppm bromine.
