7 years. Our ERP system maintains a redundant mainframe that stores all of the data in <br />Illinois <br />Records are backed up electronically in two ways. We have a 2 way rotation of portable <br />hard drives that backup the data on our server. One is connected to our network, one is <br />maintained in our fireproof safe. Additionally our backup software copies the backed up <br />data to the Cloud. These tapes are rotated every 7 days. <br />XVII. Emplovee Support <br />-We have instructed employees to visit www.fema.gov or www.readY-ov to learn more <br />about what they can do to protect themselves and their families in case of an emergency. <br />XVIII.
