All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545 <br />#10 Disinfectant Residual <br />OBSERVATIONS: Free chlorine is at 1.2 ppm. Maintain between 2-10 ppm. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Public pools, when open or in use, shall be disinfected continuously by approved chemicals and shall maintain <br />the following concentrations: 1.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine without cyanuric acid, 2.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine with cyanuric acid <br />or 2.0 ppm bromine. Spas, wading pools, and spray grounds shall maintain the following concentrations: 3.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free <br />chlorine or 4.0 ppm bromine. (CCR 65529) <br />#11 Combined Chlorine Concentration <br />OBSERVATIONS: Combine chlorine is at 0.6 ppm. Maintain at 0.4 ppm or below. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION., Pool operator shall maintain combined chlorine concentration below 0.4 ppm. (CCR 65530) Chemical quality <br />of pool water and indoor air quality at the pool site shall not cause adverse physiological effects, such as irritation of the eyes, lungs, or <br />skin. (CCR 65531) <br />#17 Cleanliness of Pool <br />OBSERVATIONS: Debris in the pool. Clean <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION., Pool operator shall maintain clean pool water while the pool is in use and shall not allow debris to accumulate <br />in the pool. Pool operator shall clean the bottom, sides, and other surfaces of the pool as often as necessary to keep pool surfaces clean <br />and free of slime and algae. (CCR 65533) <br />#29 Recirculation System Operation <br />OBSERVATIONS., Recirculation system is not working properly. Motor pump turns on and off itself.
