Stated it is in a <br />facility rented by Amazon and it is in the parking lot, 6 gallons of sewage were <br />spilled at around 1 am today. Att he time I arrived, met a security guard who asked me SALINAS <br />to wait for 1. She left and waited there for about 20 minutes, I <br />called Lillian and left a voicemail letting her know I was there. I approached the <br />Clean up team member and asked him where the spill was, he pointed me to the <br />west of the parking lot. I started walking toward that way but did not find anything, I <br />walked back to my car and about half way there, the clean up truck past me. I took <br />the truck and followed him. I saw that they were adding additional caution tape and <br />closing the road where the spill was, it covered about 7 parking spots on both <br />sides of the parking lot. <br />06/30/2021 Created a photo log and an official inspection report, abated complaint, and <br /> <br />SALINAS <br />printed a complaint investigation summary and attached it to the back of the <br />package. <br />5105. rpt Page 1 of 1
