EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br />DESCRIPTION <br />Environmental Data Resources, Inc.’s (EDR) City Directory Report is a screening tool designed to assist <br />environmental professionals in evaluating potential liability on a target property resulting from past activities. <br />EDR’s City Directory Report includes a search of available city directory data at 5 year intervals. <br />RECORD SOURCES <br />EDR's Digital Archive combines historical directory listings from sources such as Cole Information and Dun <br />& Bradstreet. These standard sources of property information complement and enhance each other to <br />provide a more comprehensive report. <br />EDR is licensed to reproduce certain City Directory works by the copyright holders of those works.
