Budiselich Rd., Stockton <br />The following requirements have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements <br />may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br />Applicant shall contact Navjot Sahota, Small Public Water System Program, at (209) <br />468-3178, to determine if the on-site well as proposed in the Project Description can be <br />permitted as a public water system prior to issuance of building permits. If a public water <br />system is required, applicant shall submit a Small Public Water System preliminary <br />technical report to the California State Water Resources Control Board, Division of <br />Drinking Water (Water Board) at least six months before initiating construction of any <br />water related improvement, as defined. The issuance of a permit to operate a small <br />public water system by the local primacy agency (EHD) is prohibited without the <br />concurrence of the Water Board. Please contact Brian Kidwell, P.E. with the SWRCB <br />Division of Drinking Water at (209) 948-3963 concerning the requirements for <br />preliminary technical report submittal prior to issuance of building permits. <br />If the Water Board determines that an onsite well shall be used as the potable <br />water source, a permit application to operate Small Public Water System shall be <br />submitted to the EHD for approval prior to issuance of building permits. To issue a <br />permit to operate, concurrence from the Water Board is required. A yearly permit to <br />operate a public water system will be required by the EHD prior to sign off of the <br />certificate of final occupancy (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 <br />and 9-1115.9.). <br />The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical <br />capability to assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in <br />accordance with San Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9- <br />1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 116570. <br />If water is to be provided by California Water Service Co. as indicated on Page 3 of the <br />Site Application (instead of the on-site well), connection to an approved public water <br />supply system is required (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2) <br />1868 E.
