The project includes the construction of a 724,650-square-foot warehouse <br />building, the construction of a 317,990-square-foot warehouse building, and a branch line off the Stockton Terminal East <br />rail line onto the property and the development of 5 rail spurs. The project will utilize an on-site well, and an on-site septic <br />system for sewage disposal. Storm drainage will be retained on-site. The project site proposes access from Wilcox Rd. <br />(North) and Harding Way (South).
