<br />The project shall meet all air quality control measures required by the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District. The
<br />applicant shall incorporate best performance standards combined with any GHG emission reduction measures approved by the
<br />SJVAPCD, including GHG emission reductions achieved as a result of building and appliance standards and project design
<br />elements to be in compliance with AB32.

<br />As stated in Section 3.8.1.2 of the SSJID Noise and Vibration, the project site is located near the railroad mainline and SR 99,
<br />where noise levels are the highest. The nature of the project will generate noise within the permitted A-weighted decibel scale
<br />per the land use type.
<br />Describe any machinery, equipment, or transportation noise that may result from the proposed project:
<br />There will be typical noise associated with a warehouse type use. If the site uses the optional transload facility, there will be additional noise
<br />incurred from the rail uses.
