FINDINGS FOR MINOR SUBDIVISION PA-2100103 HENRY S.& CLDTILDE MARTIN TRUST 1 SINNGCK& NEUDECK K.IELDSEN 1. The proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Pian, any applicable Master Plan, Specific Plan, and Special Purpose Plan and any other applicable plan adopted by the County. The proposed Minor Subdivision PA-2100103 is consistent with the General Plan, any applicable Specific Plan and Special Purpose Plan and any other applicable plan adopted by the County because the AG-40 land use designation permits the division proposed. Further, no specific plans are involved. 2. The design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan and any applicable Specific Plan or Special Purpose Pian.
