The proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Pian, any applicable Master Plan, Specific Plan, <br /> and Special Purpose Plan and any other applicable plan adopted by the County. <br /> The proposed Minor Subdivision PA-2100103 is consistent with the General Plan, any <br /> applicable Specific Plan and Special Purpose Plan and any other applicable plan adopted by <br /> the County because the AG-40 land use designation permits the division proposed. Further, <br /> no specific plans are involved. <br /> 2. The design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan and any <br /> applicable Specific Plan or Special Purpose Pian. <br /> The design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan <br /> and any applicable Specific Plan or Special Purpose Plan because the design and <br /> improvements meet the minimum standards contained in the General Plan as reflected in the <br /> Tentative Map. <br /> 3.
