A NJ O A Q U l N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY— <br /> Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> Eleventh Street Chevron 7501 W ELEVENTH ST,Tracy June 28, 2021 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 715 CFR 112.8(c)(8)(v) Failed to regularly test liquid level sensing devices to ensure proper operation. <br /> OBSERVATION: Testing of the liquid level sensing devices was not discussed in the SPCC Plan. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: (c)(8)(v)You must regularly test liquid level sensing devices to ensure proper <br /> operation. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Liquid level sensing devices must be installed in accordance with CFR 112.8 and shall be <br /> regularly tested to ensure proper operation. Immediately ensure the SPCC Plan completely discusses testing of <br /> liquid level sensing devices and submit proof to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 718 CFR 112.8(c)(11) Failed to locate properly or provide sufficient secondary containment for mobile/portable <br /> containers. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following containers were observed without secondary containment: <br /> -one black and red metal 55-gallon drum of oil outside of the trash containment area <br /> -one black metal 55-gallon drum of oil inside of the trash containment area <br /> The following containers were observed without adequate secondary containment: <br /> -four black metal 55-gallon drums of new oil were observed on a red spill pallet that would not hold 55-gallons or <br /> more <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: (c)(11) Position or locate mobile or portable oil storage containers to prevent a <br /> discharge as described in§ 112.1(b). Except for mobile refuelers and other non-transportation-related tank trucks, <br /> you must furnish a secondary means of containment, such as a dike or catchment basin, sufficient to contain the <br /> capacity of the largest single compartment or container with sufficient freeboard to contain precipitation. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide adequate secondary containment for mobile or portable oil storage tanks.
