Violation 601—Please submit the hazardous waste manifest from 6/25/2021 for the disposal of flammable <br /> hazardous waste. <br /> Also, I noticed that the photos of the oil caddy hazardous waste labels appear to be missing the hazardous waste <br /> properties and physical state.
