Owner's husband lacks food handler card. Renew/provide <br />new cards by 30 days and post on wall. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food employees shall have adequate knowledge of and be trained in food safety as it relates to their <br />assigned duties. Some food bins are not labeled. Once bags are open, store contents inside <br />sealed and labeled containers.
