COMPLAINT WOULD <br /> LIKE A CALL BACK <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to store manager who was not aware of this complaint. He stated that per restaurant policy,the minute that food is <br /> either touched or bitten, it is tossed and a new batch is refried/grilled/cooked for the customer. For steaks that have not <br /> been bitten into it,they are placed back on the grill.Typical fried foods are chicken strips, egg rolls, bone in and boneless <br /> wings, chicken patties for chicken salads or sandwiches. <br /> Spoke to complainant and she stated that she had the chicken crispers. She took a bite and noticed that they were soggy. <br /> She left her bite mark on food.Waitress took them back to kitchen.When food was returned,the piece of food with her bite <br /> mark was on the plate.
