Discrete Depth Soil&Soil Vapor Assessment Work Plan Page 8 <br /> CPSA,Lodi,California <br /> March 12,2025 <br /> INDOOR AND AMBIENT AIR SAMPLING <br /> The City proposes to collect one (1) indoor air sample in the same room/location of the proposed <br /> sub-slab sample SS-8, and one ambient air sample outside the building on the alleyway side. The <br /> proposed indoor air sample location is shown in Figure 3. The sample collection methodology <br /> will be similar to the one described above for the 18 S. Pleasant Ave. property. <br /> 11 SOUTH CHURCH STREET PROPERTY <br /> As per the request of the Water Board,the City will prepare a sampling request to the owner of the <br /> 11 S. Church St. property to perform indoor air sampling. If permission is granted, the City <br /> proposes to collect one (1) indoor air sample in the same location where previous sampling had <br /> confirmed an exceedance of the commercial PCE indoor air ESL of 2 µg/m3, and one (1) ambient <br /> air sample outside the building in the alleyway. The proposed indoor air sample location (IA-9) <br /> and ambient air(AA-9)sample location is shown on Figure 3. The sample collection methodology <br /> will be similar to the one described above for the 18 S. Pleasant Ave. property. <br /> SCHEDULE AND REPORT PREPARATION <br /> CHT and the City request the Water Board's concurrence with our Work Plan to perform the Scope <br /> of Work at the proposed locations at your earliest convenience. Assessment activities will be <br /> conducted within two (2)) weeks of receipt of the location access letters, pending availability of a <br /> driller to install the TSV and SS probes. Laboratory sample results should be available within <br /> 10 days following sample submission. <br /> A letter report documenting the assessment activities, a summary of the results, and conclusions <br /> and recommendations for future work will be prepared and submitted to the Water Board within <br /> two (2) weeks of receipt of the laboratory analysis.
