REQUIRED MONITORING REPORTS <br /> 1. Water Quality Protection Standard Report <br /> The Discharger submitted a water quality protection standard in "Financial Assurance <br /> Provisions and Article 5 Monitoring Program", dated June 1992. and an amended <br /> "Water Quality Protection Standard" report. dated 29 December 1993. .any changes <br /> to the water quality protection standard shall be described in the annual monitoring <br /> report. <br /> 2. Detection Monitoring Report <br /> The Discharger shall submit reports of the results of detection monitoring in <br /> accordance with the schedules specified in this Monitoring and Reporting Program. <br /> 3. Annual Monitoring Summary Report <br /> The Discharger shall submit the Annual Monitoring Summary Report as specified in <br /> the Standard Provisions and Reporting Requirements. <br /> 4. Constituents-of-Concern (COC) 5 Year Report <br /> The Discharger shall submit reports of the results of ground water monitoring for the <br /> Constituents of Concern every 5 years. or more frequently if required. The ground <br /> water monitoring for COC Report shall alternate between the Fall and Spring seasons. <br /> The COC Report may be combined with a Detection Monitoring Report or an Annual <br /> Summary Report having a Reporting Period that ends at the same time. <br /> 4. Constituents-of-Concern (COC) Leachate Detection Report <br /> The Discharger shall report to the Board by no later than 31 January of a given year <br /> the analytical results of the sample taken the previous Fall. When the sample is taken <br /> in the Spring, the Discharger shall report the analytical results to the Board no later <br /> than 1 August. The parameters shall include volatile organic compounds. <br />
