Leachate Monitoring Program <br /> Leachate from each Leachate Collection and Removal System shall be monitored <br /> according to the schedule in Table I. <br /> For COC detection, the leachate sump will be sampled in the fourth quarter of 1994 for <br /> the parameters and frequencies in Table I. Those COCs that are detected will be <br /> analyzed in leachate in the secs COC list for ground water,nd quarter of 1995. Any OCs surface detectedin <br /> and thethe est <br /> sample shall be included to th <br /> unsaturated zone. <br /> Thereafter, leachate samples for COC detection will are not be collected <br /> eadnnually COCsln the foes <br /> quarter of the year. If constituents are detected that <br /> will be resampled for those constituents only in the second quarter of the following <br /> vear. If the COC is detected in the retest sampurface it water mobe nitoring programed to the list of C®n s <br /> in the ground water monitoring program, the <br /> the unsaturated zone monitoring program. <br />
