Box 388 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201-0388 <br /> RE: State Inspection Report-North County Landfill, Facility No. 39-AA-0022 <br /> Dear Ms. Heran: <br /> California Integrated Waste Management Board(Board) staff conducted a State Inspection of the <br /> subject facility, in conjunction with an inspection conducted by your staff, on August 29, 1995, <br /> pursuant to Division 30, Public Resources Code (PRC) Sections 43219, 43220 and 43303. A copy of <br /> the State Inspection Report is enclosed. <br /> The facility was evaluated for compliance with applicable sections of Division 30 of the Public <br /> Resources Code; Title 14, California Code of Regulations (CCR), Chapter 3 - State Minimum <br /> Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal, and Chapter 5 -Enforcement of Solid Waste <br /> Standards and Administration of Solid Waste Facilities Permits. <br /> The overall appearance and condition of the facility was good. No violations of applicable laws and <br /> regulations were documented during the inspection. <br /> As always, this office is available to assist you at any point in the compliance process.
